Default 90 Sensor & MPG ?'s

hey, I got a 90' Daytona and cant find the 02 sensor. I put on a brand new exhaust from the manifold back, and didnt see any spot for it. The EGR rusted off, but that didnt have anything to do with where my 02 sensor would be...

Plus my tach doesnt work...
Or my light motors...
Or my radio...
plus others....

But im curious what you guys get for MPG???

Wow... Ihave an 85 2.2 non-turbo and get 25-30 mpg on the highway (20-25 in town). O2 sensoris in the bottom side of the exhaust manifold. Probably can't see it unless you're under the car and they are NOT easy to get out. Mine became one with the manifold and I had to replace the whole manifold just to replace the sensor.

2.5L turbo motor..

passenger side on the wastegate housing you should find the O2 sensor..

17mpg is horrible for a 2.5L, you should be seeing upper 20's low 30's w/auto and upper 35mpg w/5-speed.

DO NOT USE BOSCH O2!!!!!!!
Nippendeno or just Denso make the factory sensors

take the half moon cluster off, then the dash cluster itself..on the back you will be a ciruit board and then a smaller board that plugs into this board..unplug the smaller one and clean the contacts...plug everything back up and turn on your car.. try your lights and stuff.
Once you do this, please let me know..and I can tell you one other place to check..

One more thing..

take the panel off below the steering wheel...there will be a diagram of the relays on the driver side under the dash...so check out and make sure your relays are in place.

Ive yet to check out my gauges. I read somewhere that in the cold the wires shrink (duh) and therefore lose connections. But when it warms up again the connections become intact again and start working. Ill still check them, but i hope its just a winter thing.

Although winter things suck. This morning my brakes froze to my rotors. Im pretty sure it aint goin anywhere seeing as how my car was bogging down when i was in gear steppin on it. Dam brakes...

So fun fun. my car is a POS and i love it...
