Default V8 Conversion kit

Hi I am doing a info search right now for a Mopar V8 swap...

Found the old part # but they obviously don't make the kit any more. I remember reading that someone on here had the ability to go get a kit for Daytonas. I was just wondering if that person may share it (if it is all specs and such) or I might be interested in buying it from them.

I would still like any info you guys have especially if someone has done it.

Thanks[8D]

I have known about the Mopar Performance V8 RWD conversion kit, but am unaware of anyone that has it available. You may want to check out places such as these, they may either have it or possibly point you in the right direction:

I did I search and saw someone in a thread said he had a way to get one but forget is name. I have tried all those sources before. I figured the people here would know more. I also thought I saw someone had it done already.

The one that mentioned being able to get one from someone was 87Indy500. That should help you out.

I have looked into doing a v8 conversion on my other 88daytona but have not had good luck finding good info on it. What kind of price does one of your v8 kits costs?

has anyone come up with a parts list for a v8 conversion for a Daytona? I tried looking at the exline site but had no luck.

Also I highly recommend going to turbododge.com They have a rwd section in their forums that only covers v8 conversions or turbo conversions in existing v8 cars and trucks. You will find a lot of useful info and knowledgeable people their that have done this several times. They even have a parts list. turbododge.com
Thanks,
