I NEED THE CLIPS THAT HOLDS THE CROSS BAR TO THE WIPER ARM ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF A 1988 DAYTONA .. ITS MY GIRLFRIENDS MOTHERS CAR. I TEMPORALLY USED A WIRE TIE MADE FROM HEAVY WIRE. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHERE TO GET THESE OR PART NUMBERS.
LOCAL DEALER SAID "GOOD" LUCK. PARTS HOUSES DON'T HAVE ANY INFO.

I don't know if its a plastic or metal clip that holds the cross bar to the passenger side wiper arm under the cowl. I put the bar back on with wire and it held for a few (7) months, She was up state and it came off again. The station upstate told her that he could not fix it, she told him what I did and he did the same. It held but probably will fail again soon.

Any help would be great as I'm currently recovering from a bad accident (Easter Sunday) and probably can't work on the car until August. My leg was shattered, I was just standing when I got hit.

She loves the car, it actually runs well and drives nice. (she is 70). I did the door / power window, headlight mech and fixed the power mirrors + all the usual small stuff.

Thank you in advance.

Marty thank you very much,

I saved your info, as soon as I get some weight bearing status for my leg I will open up the car and contact you for the bushing.

I have a spare door - very good condition , drivers side and glass if anyone on or near LI, NY needs one. Just come get it. (dark cherry)
