This is what I'll be starting with. Remember, I've had this car for 17 years now! The front bumper facia is from an 86 Daytona Turbo, I have the rear cover to match. I'll be putting the side skirts and door pieces from an 89 Daytona on soon along with the Daytona spoiler. It's just a stock 2.2 with the 5 speed. I just wish I didn't have to spend the money on the new catalytic converter, egr valve, and o2 sensor to make it North Carolina legal.

That is just plain AWESOME! I like the body style year you have too. Too bad this couldn't be done to the Avenger with ease.
Props to you bro!

Well, it's been done with an Avenger before. It was just a huge ordeal. The front clip was modified from the front/back, and fenders to get a v8 (I don't remember what v8 tho) to fit, then the entire front suspension was swapped out to accommodate a Mustang 2 suspension..those were just very general discriptions since I saw this a loooong time ago, about 3-4 years ago. That car was used mainly for the drag track too. I think there were two of them...a blue IROC Avenger and a silver one. I gotta find those pics for both. The silver one was sold on ebay and the blue one...dunno.

IROC Avenger
Another...CarDomain this time

I can't find the silver one anymore.

Sounds good, man. As long as your conversion parts will still be available in a couple years when I can do my conversion! LOL! If you do the independant rear let us know. That would be sweet.

That would be excelent. Buy a turn key custom car. It would be great for all the people who don't have the time or knowledge to do it themselves.

A turn-key V8 Daytona. Where do I sign up? [sm=happy046.gif]

In all seriousness, I think they would sell. You would just have to come up with a proper price point for us.
