sup fellow enthusiast!! the t that your refering to more than likley goes to the boost guage its the only t i remember bveing in the vacume diagram.. as far as the tps voltage disconect it and hook a volt ohm meter in the ohms position to the vref wire and the other to the ground wire and operate the throtle the ohms should move at a even pace if its jumpy or starts at high resistance ..replace the sensor.
the sensors are cheep enough id replace it anyway...good luck with the guy from work!!..

we replaced the tps and also the map sensor. cleared all the codes, and the idle still surges from about 1g to around 200 rpms. while idle'n the boost gage reads in the vaccum area also. is this normal?
the vacume while idling should be 5 to 10 inch of vacume.. as far as the surging, hmmm? maybe check the oporation of the iac valve, check timing, i have actually had to replace a hall effect switch to cure surging in my 89 shelby daytona. if you have access to a snap on brick scanner with a scope you could watch the oporation of all thease and pinpoint it exactly..try to adjust the idle screw up and see what the idle is when the surging stops.
