Had a 1990 Daytona ES loved the car though it loved to leak oil every chance it got. No power either, but at the time was real into that anyway just loved the way the car looked. Just purchased a 92 IROC R/T and should getting it sometime next week. Car has had some motifications( so the previous owner has told me and I have no reason but to believe him,nice guy) just wanted to know where to start if i want to be in the 300hp neighborhood.Car presently has FWD stage3, 3inch turbo back exhaust high flow cat with Dynomax muffler, 40% larger injectors. Not sure where those mods presently have the car as far as hp goes,but i am pretty sure its not near 300 yet. Just wanted to know what else can be done on a small scale to get me there, short of boring the heads ...ect. I am no motor head by any means so please keep responses in terms i can understand.
