Default Turbo question

I have a FWD stage 3 installed and all the work recommended to support it , ie bigger injectors and exhaust but turbo is still pushing stock numbers of 11psi instead of 18 that its supposed to be pushing. Do i need to check something or did i miss something? Still learning about this car and learning curve is slow but I am determined. Will have pic posted soon.

I think we need a little more information . . . what year, what motor, Turbo I, II, III, or IV? What is the "FWD stage 3"? Computer? From whom did you purchase the item? If it's a computer, was it programmed for 18 psi max boost, or is that the "cut off" safety level from over-boost?

The "turbo" probably isn't limiting the 11 psi. What's controlling your waste gate? Are the waste gate and BOV all stock? Do you have a leak in the piping?

Maybe this will spark conversation with some of the others . . . .

92 Daytona Iroc r/t 2.2 ltr 16v , really started to drive the car and am getting to know it pretty well. I am still wondering if i am going to notice any change if i upgrade the turbo, car is pretty quick right now, not a lot of pull but respectable. I have found a larger intercooler and a Enforcer 2 turbo charger for a decent price but stil not sure what i will get out of it as far as horsepower goes. Just looking to find out if anybody out there has a similiar set up. Also if i do upgrade, how do i tune it to optimum performance, is there computer software or is it just a fuel pressure adjustment. Sorry if I seem a bit dimm on this car but i am still learning. Lots of fun though, love the car and I am looking forward to its new paint job.
