91 daytona shelby 2.5 turbo,need info on oil leak at backpass side of engine? also power mods??
i have a 91 daytona shelby with the 2.5 turbo 5spd, i am new to the forum, so here it is!
i have a bad oil leak at the pass side of the car or front of the motor between the engine and the firewall, on the bottom end of the motor i believe it sprays out when the turbo is under hard load?> do they have a problem with return lines, it has been replaced before but i cannot see a leak when at idle, has to leak when under load! what do i do? also how do i know what stage turbo i have, and how can i get more power! that is a common question here i see so thanks alot for the help! if anyone wants to buy it email me

Concerning the turbo return line, I had the same problem...
Is there a gasket on the surface of the return line to the turbo, if not, that's your problem...
I had to custom make a gasket, I don't think they sell a gasket like that...

And your problem sounds like the turbo return line as stated before. Good luck, hope some of this helps.
