Default NEED A PART! HELP!

Hello,

I am in need of the headlamp module for my 90 Daytona and I have one from an 89 that doesn't fit. My mechanic gave this part to me, so I am assuming it works. I am willing to trade this for the one I need. If anyone is interested, please email me. I had made a deal with someone who I thought was going to send me one with the whole headlamp assy, but I think he got confused as to what part that was and never sent it. If you don't have a part to trade, any help to help find me one would be greatly appreciated!

Cheryl

Ok, I got a couple of emails on this subject and let me explain a little further to those who aren't quite sure what I am asking for. The headlamp module on a 1990 Daytona is somewhere near the steering column and it is black and no bigger than a pack of cigarettes. The previous models years have it on top of the dash and it is much larger. This is what tells your headlights to go up or down. This is the part I am looking for. Again, I have a module for a 1989 that I am willing to trade for a 1990 module. You can either post here or email me if you can help. Thanks again!!

Here is the part your looking for.

https://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/mak,DODGE,1990

It is only around $10.00 for the part so I hope that helps you there!

Thanks for the help, but that's not it. What I'm looking for is very rare and black and the size of a pack of cigarettes. It's the module, not the relay.

I just got back from the dealership, who did a search for me and found 6 places that still carry the part in stock. It has been discontinued for about 2 years, I am going to call up the places and order one, if you want one I will let you know wich places and how much.

P.S. The Part # is 04373531 That should help some, there is 2 that is availible for that year and this is the one for the hidden headlight setup. the other is the one that turns them on and off.

My car has brand new headlights, motors, and the module.

Anyways, can you look up the price for a turbo?

It's a 1987 Dodge Daytona 2.2L....

I blew up my turbo(found a bolt in the intake)...

Checked up on the hedlight module Hayes Chrysler-Dodge-jeep inc in Lawrenceville, Ga has 3 in stock as of 7/11/2006 there number is 770-963-6263 and they want $102.00 before tax. That should help you there Moparkindofgirl!

87Daytona is it a TI or TII, is it intercooled, assuming that yours is a TI and you live in Va, There is one that will work out of a 1986 daytona at Tubb's Used Auto Parts, inc in Norfolk Va, and there phone # is 1-757-545-8418 they are asking $100.00 for it and the part number for it is NOF. Not knowing the area there in your state, I figured that you would want to get a cheap one and then send it to FWDPerformance.com to get it worked over before using.

Well, part of the fact that I am willing to trade parts or get it used is because I am currently cash challenged. I have had a search done a while back, but never got the money to get the part. Other priorities came into the picture. Now finances are even worse due to hubby being out of work for health issues. Thanks for searching, but unless there's a miracle, I can't afford to buy the part brand new.
