Anyone have an idea as to how to get them to open. Lights come on, but they won't come up. Where should I look. both are that way, is there a relay to open. help

 

There are flaps (black plastic) under the hood right behind the headlights that you can move out of the way and then there are ***** that you can turn to crank up the headlight manually until you get the problem fixed.

 

Also if both don't come up,check the fuse.If they work sporatically then the motors are shot.Easy to change.I have a right side one here.
