on the front of the transmission there is a 3 prong oulet. I was wondering what that is/what that controls. cuz i swaped a automatic into the manual car, and that 1 wiring is different. just thought i may be able to splice some wires once I know what the is. thanks guys!

If it is a 3 prong that looks kinda like this: l_l_l with the prongs being round and fairly thick, then it would be the sensor for the backup lights.
