Dodge Feedback Meeting
Did anyone else get a call from a marketing company representing Dodge, inviting new truck owners to attend a meeting with other truck owners? Apparently Dodge design team wants feedback and comments about the 1500 truck? I was told that dinner was included and $100 cash incentive to be given out the door.
I did not hear about this but I wish I had because I sure would be there, I always love the chance to give anyone my feedback wether its good or bad, but I think its important for any company to know what the Customer wants and thinks.
It must be dealer/region specific. I got an email yesterday welcoming to the Dodge family (guess they were clueless about all of the Dodges I've owned in the past-8)
that had a link to a personalized website where you can voice problems or concerns and get special deals on accessories.

Nope haven't gotten any call like that
But, we did have something like that for the Cummins at Stanley Dodge, last year I think. It was pretty nice. My husband and I were the only ones there. But that just meant a lot of one on one. One of the Cummins tech people went for a drive with my husband and the truck to diagnose a few problems that we were having. All in all it was a good experience and gained some knowledge. Hopefully this thing in Houston will be the same type of thing.

Exactly!! I always love to hear feedback - good or bad. How are you supposed to know what needs to be fixed if you aren't aware of it from the consumers view, ya know?
