Angry Annoying clunking/rattling

Alright fellow 4th gen owners, I need help with this one. Normally, I can isolate these things, but this one is driving me crazy.

At slower speeds on bumpy roads, I am hearing a clunking from the passenger rear door area or somewhere in that back corner of the cab. I also noticed that the passenger side cabin vent (located on the back of the cab) was rattling the other day when closing the rear passenger door. After hearing it a few times, it has seemed to go away, but the clunking has not. Any suggestions? I thought it might be the plastic piece between the cab and box, but I am not sure if it is truly that.

Any suggestions, because I am sure that the dealer will not be able to figure it out?

Thanks,

Already tried that. The pulley does seem very loose in there, but so do the others and I do not hear noise from them. Thanks for the suggestion.

Do you have something in the floor storage box?

I had a rattle in the passenger side dash area. It also was inconsistent on when it would rattle. the dealer finally added some foam strips, wrapped the wires up under the dash. Seem to have fixed that rattle. Was covered under warrenty.

No, nothing in the floor storage compartment. It is definitely coming from the rear passenger side of the cab. Anyone else have a problem with this? Could it be the bushing on the rear axle stabilizer arm that attaches to the frame in that same location?

Nothing in the side pockets? Is the cover for under the seat storage latched? If you have that fold flat system make sure the rubber bumpers are all in place. Make sure the buckles are in their natural position (I get noise from them after the wife uses the seat belt), also make sure the jack is secured under the passenger seat properly. Also check under the vehicle for any loose items mounted to the frame.

Thanks. I checked all these items, except for loose items on the frame. There is a plastic piece between the bed and cab that I am suspicious of because the cab moves on isolators and the bed is hard mounted to the frame. It really does sound like it could be the door. I also noticed that the passenger seat has quite a bit of movement in it when going over bumps. Is this normal?

If my seat belt isn't retracted flat mine rattles and bangs against the seat and the plastic. I know you've checked it, but was stating what it could be if it's not retracted flat and straight.

Do you have side steps [running boards]? Sometimes mine buzz or clunk depending on the size of the pot hole.
