Cool 2011 Ram rear suspension

Rear suspension in 2011 Ram 1500 is so soft that when towing trailer at night all the oncoming traffic is flashing their lights at me. I have found some extra leaf springs to solve problem except dodge has coil springs and shocks. has anyone else had this problem and found a suitable fix. I travel back and forth to deer lease and aslo pull 25' pontoon boat. This has been the only complaint I have had about this truck.

Dual or quad headlights?

I have the quad and have no such problems, and I tow a 4500 lb boat and a 5381 lb loaded car hauler.

That may be the thing to do- upgrade to the quads. I've heard that complaint with the duals even without towing...

Like everyone else is saying....AIRBAGS...!!!!!!! They work GREAT...easy to install at home.
Just fold the bags, slide them into the inside of the rear springs, run the air lines, done.

I heard the airbags that go in the coils rub and creates holes? Here is another airbag system that sits outside the coils. I don't have a set I'm still debateing on which one to go with myself.

Here is the link, looks very easy to install as well.

Has anyone tried this airbag setup?

Yes, friend of mine tried them, track bar rubbed a hole thru 2 sets in one year. (they warranty`d them for him twice) Dont know as of yet if they (TLCSusp) ever figured out how to stop the trackbar rubbing either. The price alone was enough to keep ME from buying them..! Everyone around here, bought the AIRLIFT brand bags, nobody here has had any problems with rubbing holes in them since 2009. Dunno, $85 bucks for a set seems pretty reasonable and haven`t had any issues yet with them around here. But thers always a first ya know...lol.

Almost forgot to also mention, the brackets for the TLCsusp kit rusted badly here in the north east, they dump alotta road salt around here, so with saying that, i`d use caution when installing these in a salted area in the wintertime. If you look at the pictures on their website, you can see the metal is already rusting. Some other points i thought about as well... seems like alot of stuff being bolted together with that kit too, stuff does vibrate loose occasionally.

Just my opinion.
