Default 2015 Ram1500 5.7l 3.92 mpg Mileage?

Wondering what those of you with the 2015 1500 5.7l with 3.92 are getting for MPG. Im looking at a crewcab 4x2 Bighorn edition. And am looking for real numbers not ones on window sticker my 2002 isn't even close to sticker that was on its window. Thanks

With the stock tires I was getting 16-17 around "town" (3 miles to and from work, occasional 10-30 mile trip on max 50 MPH roads) and 20-21 on the highway (70-75 MPH Interstate). Since I put my Dick Cepek Fun Countrys on it's dropped to 15-16 around town and 18-19 on the highway.

FWIW, I have the 4 Corner Air Suspension, so it lowers .6" on the highway. I also have the wheel-to-wheel side steps, which is supposed to lower the MPG a tenth or two. Then again, I also have a Magnaflow DOD18 which makes it hard to accelerate slowly...

The amount I drive (less than 10k a year) I don't care about mileage, really. Of course, if the options were 5 or 20 I might be willing to give something up, but 15 versus 20? Give me the power/noise any day.

Oh, I should add - debadging OUGHT to make a difference - the amount of stuff FCA puts on the RAM is ridiculous!

The 3.92s seem to get better around town mpg then the higher gears. My 3.55s only net me 14 mpg in town.

13-14 around town and 18-19 on the highway w/ cruise, although I have proven I can get 7-8 around town depending on how stupid I drive. Have a custom 89 tune + other mods. Changed to Mich AT2 tires and lost almost 2 mpg.

Thank you everyone. So far I've gotten 16.2 On highway. Only one fill up since I bought it.. I'm hoping it will get a bit better once broken in. I have 400 miles on it. And I'm having fun driving it not worrying about conserving fuel Its already way better than my 2002, didn't pass a gas station with that truck.

My 2014 5.7 8 speed regular cab 2wd shortbox with a bed cover and factory mudflaps (airbrakes!) gets about 17 or 18 at best. The computer estimate on the dash is always about 2 mpg higher than the actual hand figured mpg.

Someday I would like to attempt a long drive at 45 mph and see what the mpg would be, but who can drive a HEMI that slowly?
