I just picked up on two neons and this time I want strait show and Im looking for every Idea you have. and dont worry about the power they will be packin as far as that goes. and get creative I want some sick ideas that a normal person wouldnt even try it dosent matter if it sounds stupid I still want it.

Sub frame. Nice lil 255hp 4.0 V6 that dodge just put out, Hemis are heavy and the V6 was designed for medium-small vehicless. Idependant rear end, CNC'd billet rear control arms, webasto sliding glass roof, sheetmetal dash, suicide rear doors....... MAN I NEED MY SHOP... lol...

First off, what years did you get?

Second, I think a good show neon doesnt have too much of we refere to as "rice"

A good Show car is something that somewhat re-tains its original lines. I think maybe the R34 Body Kit with an SRT spoiler, maybe an AF/x Cuda hood or something along the SRT hood (painted not CF), A good tint on the windows, leather seats, neat interior... matching interior scheme but not overboard.... like a lot of people!!! (aka like vents and simple things... not the entire enterior). Up to you on electronics... but IMHO the simpler and more functional... the better(AKA LESS REDICULOUS!!)

My opinion anyways. If you want to go all show... I think the more restraint and the more simpler the design... the better it is overall. A clean interior with a nice body vs lots of speakers and decals is:

there both 97. I think i forgot to mention the one im gonna chop up and go wild redneck on it the kind of ideas you only get when your drunk. but i like your ideas for the other one.

 

what about a rwd neon, with an srt-4 engine swap... i always wondered if neons would be faster if they rwd.

 

put hydraulics in it it will be funny and i havent seen that before so origional too

 

Yeah, Rear wheel drive, doors that have the seats in them that come out as one piece, um tons of speakers, split hood and trunk, split the rear window so it is two individual pieces. Thats all I can think of for now.

 

i like the rwd but we will have to get somthing a little less pathetic than the srt4 motor. PS rear wheel drive is more drivetrain wheight so it would be slower. however i like the idea of a beefer v6 that might just fit. 04 neon you gave me a sick idea for the rear of that car.
