NOOOOOO, only an srt-4.

And WAYYY to much lol. There are ones on ebay for like 30 bucks which is what I got. I dont need that much strength and the one I got will be enough for anything anyway. Plus its brushed aluminum is is one of my color schemes (black, blue and brushed aluminum).

Also modernperformance has some sick ones for your car for really cheap and I there candy and polished colors. http://www.modernperformance.com/dcx...rutbrace.shtml
Plus there only 50 bucks

So there are your options, but DEFFINATLEY get one I love the more tighter feeling of your steering wheel after you get it installed.

yea i thought as much and i know that it is too much and the other ones on ebay for like $30 are usually cheap imitations that some guy made out of aluminium that he found on the side of the road.... i dont trust something that could kill me if it fails or breaks or causes problems.... but yea i was actually looking into the Vibrants on modernperformance lol i have been for awhile and i intend to get one of those for the front... as for the rear im gonna see if the DC sports one they have for the rear will fit my car.... if anyone knows lemme know thanks :-D

just a warning about some strut tower bars, make sure you route your washer fluid hoses accordingly so you dont do like me and snap off your pissers' base.

welp... here is some simple truth. Those cheap ebay and vibrant strut tower bars really do nothing. The DC strut bars have a good design and by having the straight metal tubing that they have... it allows to controll body roll a little better. You wont see much out of it... so I would say go with some more go before STB's.... if you really want them... why not pay for a good pair??

I totally agree with you in the fact that if your looking for a real difference in performance handling, then dc is deffinalty worth it.

The truth is though, it's still a neon and "MOST" people will never see enough "serious" track positions where that will make a big difference. Even though mine is a cheap ebay knock off, it looks because its brushed aluminum for my color scheme as i mentioned before and i am only using my car for mostly street application and a few track runs. Even if you make track runs often it still is not going to matter that much. I broke my tubing on my strut bar, but I have fixed that problem. Also the MAIN difference for a strut tower bar is just that added stiffness in feel with your steering and handeling on the road. That's why I got it at it helps alot, so I still would suggest the vibrant, or ebay. This is kinda the same issue between cheap ebay CAI and AEM, or K&N versions in comparsion. This is my opinion on the subject but I do think freerider makes a good point.

So I would just ask yourself which one you are really looking for and then make the decision for yourself.

sounz like some good help--i didn't do a strut bar yet, but if i did, i'd say if you're going to go through with it, the $50 doesn't sound that bad and would give you the desired outcome but it isn't high on my list right now...

but a question, is it high on other's lists? why did they do it if it doesn't make that real big of a difference?

I did mine simply because I got into autocross a while back... and I started planning suspension mods. These strut bars helped out with body roll a lot.... but there still is quite a bit of it. Oh well...
