Special Characters
Special Characters
I noticed on my new computer I am not able to make special characters. Characters such as holding ALT the hitting a 3 number compination:
168 gives you an upside down question mark, 160 gives you a tilde on the letter A, 164 gives you an Enya, etc...
These are characters in the Spanish alphabet and when writing e-mails to my Spanish speaking I prefer to use proper grammar.
I am using XP home as an OS and my other 4 computers at home have XP home but they are able to make special characters without any modification. It seems strange that my new computer does not allow these characters. Anyone have a suggestion?
