What all would I lose if I do a reinstall of my OS on my computer? Would I lose pics, music, ect....

 

theres two types of re-install. theres the one where it just sets everything back to the way it was when u got it. aka installs all the programs originally but doesn't mess with anything else. and then theres the format way of doing it where you loose everything. least those are the options i have on my computer.

 

yup those are the two, if you bought it from a company with windows pre-installed, i always back-up, reformat, and start over from scratch, always more fun, and you can adjust the settings more to your liking
