Mozilla Beta is faster
just tried FireFox 3 beta 4
using my usual uninstall beforehand
and putting it in my usual FireFox folder on the D drive....
result:
it screwed up and would not continue to do the first load
after checking the compatibility of the add-on extentions
uninstalled the beta 4
then let it install a second time in its own separate folder
...now it loads properly
but only the IEview plug-in is compatable
no adblock or noscript
does seem a bit faster so far

I have both Firefox 2.xx and Firefox 3 Beta 4 installed now and their arent any compatibility issues running both since they are installed in different directories. The only thing is the new Beta doesnt like any of the Addons/Extensions or skins I have on V2 so it freaks out a bit when it tries to import V2 settings. Otherwise, V3 is great, just need them to make Adblock Filterset.G compatible for the final release

I downloaded Beta 5 and it is much faster, but I think I will uninstall it and keep using my current version of FF, I dont like how the interface looks and there are hardly any themes for it yet... I also do not like the drop down on the address box, too big for my liking, although I have not checked to see if you can change that...
