Would it be possible to move the forum jump location to the top rather than way down at the bottom? I always used the old navigation system, (thread tree) at the top to trek thru the forum, now that option is gone.

Found the thread tree, hehe. It was higher than I expected it to be, still would like the jump bar moved if possible.
