I want a macbook pro really bad. I have a built PC that can eat macs for breakfeast lunch and dinner to satisfy my gaming needs. but for anything other than that a mac is much better I think.

Not a big fan of Mac computers myself. They are quick and more efficient but I just don't find them as user friendly as windows based PCs. Not to mention gaming is better through windows.

i agree gaming is better, but you have to admit that after working with ibm, macs have far more games available for them than ever before.

Actually, Mac's are more user friendly than Windows...once you have one, and you are familiar with how they work, you'll agree that they are a lot easier to use. It's just different for someone new to Mac.

I don't think I ever would have wrote that before Vista, either...but Vista wrecked things. Now I'm getting a MacBook Pro soon, too.

Both systems have their positives and negatives..... and Macs are easier to use because of the software, not the hardware.

Macs arent better, but they are better tailored to what they do then a PC, since they dont have to support 232145192134 trillion pieces of software.

I'll take my PC anyday......because at least I know I can do everything I want on it...

If all you do is burn cds, browse the web, and play movies... a Mac is a great machine.... but I video game and I do my own hardware upgrades and you simply cant do alot of that with a Mac.
