I don't usually do the coding, but I'll add all the sections and whatnot, I pick the moderators, run the forums, etc...

Start with a free forum by searching Google or another search engine. I've learned quite a bit setting up a forum......a unsuccessful one But anyways, yeah, I'd start there first.

was going to ask her, its not for a message board but for a web site, my sis says the university has students that might do them, called monday haven't heard back yet, didn't expect it for free willing to pay for whatever it takes to set it up, Rand
