Turning off adblock does give me a longer load time but not by a huge amount, what browser are you using dhvaughan?

ok, got tired of this crap and did a little experimentation.
i'm running firefox with the adblocker plugin
on the menu bar, click tools - adblock - preferences
in the block for new filter, paste these in one at a time and click 'add' after each.

http://*.google-analytics.com
http://*.quantserve.com
http://*.ibpxl.com
http://*.intellitxt.com
http://*.internetbrands.com

another good one
http://*.doubleclick.net

my page loads went from stinky slow and constantly hanging - to lightening fast.
ha ha ha - die adware die !!
