Post Number
i saw my post number dropped from 140 some to under 100. is that because a thread was deleted? if it is, why does this happen?

The Word Association thread was deleted because it was a way to spam, there was no content.

Posting threads like that do nothing but eat up space and are playgrounds for post ******. If you gotta *****, please don't do it here.

I still think that Off Topic posts should not be counted in your total. It will cut down on whoring.

RE: Post Number
Post whoring rarely goes on in the offtopic section. There have only been a handful of threads such as word association, a one word story link thread and a few more. I think OT is fine.

I agree to some point, but there are members that who have done the majority of their posts in the off topic section.

Yeah, don't get me wrong, I post alot in OT but the most valuable posts provide information for tuning or repair.
