With some laptop models, removing the battery while the unit isn't plugged into the wall resets it (in a way), and will make it come "back to life".

You got lucky. In my experience that happens once in ten times or more.

No I think I got super luck cause before today I have the batt out like 3 diff times its still on now and works like nothing happened oh well lol thanks for the help.
