in the first i must say hello from germany. today i have found your sides on the net...
I have a Dodge PowerRam ( MIL-Version ) from 1985 and restore him.

And yes i search other Dodge-Model information and fotos for the sides.
Then here in europe you found nothing information about the models of Dodge.
So i have start to create a list of the Dodge-family....

Now to the question here in the thread:

I rebuild the Truck , but its different it was build for the USAF-Europe so you became nothing information about the Truck.

I have seen the VIN building platines , with the building-codes, but the problem is i have found the list on the net or by a dealer.

So the dealer here have only the newest listed and not the list from 1985.

Can he help me a member by this problem ?

for example the id codes are this :

1 line : CBA GP8 ND8 END
2 Line: 318 W0229901 629 488 B
3 Line: APA 8838 Q99 B2B5 131
4 Line: D7L82 (= Bodyline ) and than the VIN No 1B7KW36W1FS.....
5 Line: 142552 XBS

So the Line 4 is the Vehicle and Bodyline and the VIN Number.
So its a US-Dodge Truck 4x4 GVWR 8001-9000 350 CrewCab from 1985 build by Warren-Truck

I mean the line 5 is the Order Nr - or ?

But i do not what the codes from the libne 1 to 3 and the XBS on line 5
have you a idea or a listed from the codes - have you a complete codelist or a internetside that i can look there ?
Is it corectly that the Truck was build in Warren ? Have you information about this Company - that i can question there on from my Truck ?
