I CANNOT OPEN THE PARTS TAB..get error

I can't open the parts tab can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong,,,,google Chrome keeps saying to reload and just goes back and forth???

What "parts tab" are you referring to?

Since this is an issue with the site, I am moving to the correct section for problem reporting.
