2.7 to 3.5 or 3.2 swap

i have a question, i have a 1998 Chrysler Concorde w/ the 2.7l v6, and i was wanting to change it out for something a little more reliable ( before it gives out) and was wondering how hard it is to do a swap and if there are any major mods needed to be made.
