Hi! Can anyone help me? My 1999 Dodge Intrepid has been running fine and now has this strange power steering problem. I have no powersteering unless I get RPMs up over 1600 or 1800 RPM. The fluid is full, clear, no particulates, no noticeable leak. I have no idea what the problem is, and I don't want to replace the pump only to find out it's not the problem. Can anyone help?
