Default Need help removing the multifunction switch

i have a 1994 intrepid 3.5l and need to replace my mfs. however, i can't seem to open up the cover that houses the ignition lock and directional, etc. the pic shows the hole where there must be a screw or something holding this together, but i can't seem to figure out what it might be. the haynes manual i have doesn't help. thanks in advance for any insights.

Haynes manuals are useless for this. there are several Torx screws to remove. I believe they are T15 for size
