I am having a problem with my driverside door. The key won't turn for me to unlock the door i have to unlock the doors from the passenger side. I have power locks and doors what could be the problem.

 

when you put your key in, does it turn freely? When I had my 2002 Intrepid, the link rod from the button to the latch came off and I had to replace the link lock clip on the latch/actuator assembly for it to work.

 

I have a 2001 intrepid and when i open the driver side door the alarm goes off and if i open the passenger side it does not.what seems to be the problem also i can not open the truck from the inside of the car unless the car is off it never did this before. Is it time for a new car.
