1998 concorde went dead on the road (p1493 code)
Hi,
i am brand new today to this site...mopar guy entire life. I have 1998 concorde. 3.2. Veh shut it self off completely down our road. Jumped it. It ran for 15 seconds, enough to coast it into my driveway.
Key dance code came up p1493......"ambient temp sensor, battery sensor voltage too low"
i ordered the sensor and picking it up today.
Where is this sensor located? Behind rt head lamp, near power steering pump?
Battery 1 yr old. 140k miles.
Do i have any other worries after installing this part? Like an ecm? Etc...
