Besides checking all the fuses whats next?
Are these brakes electronic or all vaccum assist?

fuses would be for ABS u dont use abs unless u are out of control.
base brakes are vas assist look for the big hose to be off near the vac booster ifs its good then u ahve a master cly issue or a vac assist issue

ABS is not only on during those conditions, its always active, thats why if you have an ABS issuie, the ABS light comes on regardless of out of control or not.
Anyway,it acts like it has no vacum even with the engine on,but its still does not explain the lack of brake lights at the same time?
It acts as if the engine is not on,I suppose replace the VBB and go from there,if I hook up a Vacum gauge too that line and see how much vacum it has how much should I have on this car?

By this do you mean the brake warning light on the dash? If so, that light is only for low fluid (and/orif your parking brake is engaged). If this just started out of the blue, (you didn't do anything to the brakes), it is probably either a vacuum issue or the master cylinder. To answer your question (ele or vac), both. The boost is vacuum and the antilock is electronic. If the ABS was causing your brakes to go spongy, you would feel a thumping in the brake pedal as the ABS pulses on and off. If you are unsure of any feeling, you can always unplug the ABS pump motor relay (or the fuse) to verify this is not the cause of your problem.
