journey 2009 for the wife, any advices?

unless you know for sure that she wants a journey its best to take her down to the dealership and test drive the various ones she is considering. Nothing sucks more then putting down a couple thousand, driving off the lot, and then having the wife a month later say that she is not too happy with the SUV.
Trust me when I say that if you want to surprise her... keep the fact that your willing to get her a car be the surprise. Then allow her to pick it out! I did this with the wife's engagement and wedding ring as well as the journey. Never once had to deal with the wife being disappointed.
As far as the journey goes, its a great car for us so far. Since its new we have not had time to break it or get into maintenance issues. Also being a 2009 there is not much out there on repetative service issues.
