my neighbor was going on reverse to park and her little daughter change the clutch on Park. now when she tries to turn on the car it says bad key. im guessing it erased the memory of the key. can she do anything or does she need to take the keys to the dealer and reprogram it?

its a 09 and has the keyless entry kind but im guessing thats a given.

The car needs to be taken to the dealer. It may have a bad key or a bad WIN module.
