Cool Alignment Procedure

Hi there Guys!

I own a great Journey 2009 here in São Paulo, BR. I'm facing a problem with one of our local car insurance company when I tried to align. They don't have our model setup on their system so electronic service can't be performed.
The question is: where can I get all information, measures related to this model referring to alignment as a whole? By getting this info, all I have to do is bring Journey to their garage and they can perform the service using this data.

thanks a lot for any comments.

Rgs,

Eduardo
