Transmission maintenance
My new-to-me 2010 Journey SXT is a "rental return" with 30000 miles on it. It was a "Certified" vehicle, extending the powertrain warranty to 100,000 miles or 6 years.
I am considering having my dealer do a $175 transmission service, which will change the ATF, add an additive, and so on.
Is this a waste of money? I plan to own the car till the "wheels fall off," or longer (I always say that, but rarely do it!)
I am just thinking it is a good practice to do this before the 100000 miles recommended in the manual. I don't know how hard the car was driven for the first 30000 miles, and I like to know the ATF is in good shape, there are no metal shavings in there, and so on.
But is this a prudent thing to do?

Oil change every 3k, Trans service every 30k, the engine and trans will most likely last until the wheels falls off.
Owners manual recommends oil change 5k, and trans 60k, but those extra dollar you spend on early maintainence will go long way.

Due to your grammar, spelling and sentence structure, I can't quite figure out what problem you are having, but I can tell you are having a problem. Take the car to a dealer and ask them to fix it.
