I have a 2009 Dodge Journey SXT, and just the other day out of nowhere while playing a cd, the console rebooted, and from then on began doing so every few minutes. Sometimes, it won't allow you to adjust the volume, and others it won't accept any commands.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be the cause of this?

 

well, hit the dealership and see if they have an Update CD you can use to update the Radio first. they might do it for free, well, at least we do...
