Hi guys, I just bought a new 12' Journey with the 4 inch uconnect in it. Just got it about 3 weeks ago brand new. I am having a problem, when I get a incoming call I cant hear the person calling but they can hear me. I have figured out a work around. In order for me to hear the person calling I push the transfer button to transfer the call to my cell phone, and then push it again to transfer it back to uconnect, after that then the call can be heard. its a little annoying and was wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Thanks for any advise.

 

2017 Journey with a 4.3 radio.
Can't hear incoming calls. The transfer workaround works but kind of defeats the purpose of steeringwheel buttons, doesn't it?
