I've searched the web in an effort to resolve the issue of not being able to hear incoming calls on my uconnect.
I've got a 2017 DJ with the uconnect 4.3 radio. Phone paired with my Galaxy S5 with no issues except that I can't hear incoming calls, but the caller can hear me. Everything is fine on outgoing calls.
Other posters on other forums have indicated that the problem is in the steeringwheel button but even using the answer button on the faceplate fails to resolve the problem.
I did find a workaround where, once answered, I can transfer the call from the uconnect to the phone and back again I can hear the caller.caller.

Just trying to find out if this is an isolated issue or is it widespread and if there is a known solution.
