2010 Journey making a noise when slowing down

I have a 2010 Journey AWD and when i slow down it makes a whistling noise. I am concerned that it is the AWD system in it. What could be causeing this?

What is your mileage? Is it under warranty? That may fall under your power train warranty and all you have to do is go to the dealer...
