2010 Dodge Journey
Yesterday I started my Journey and all the gauges kept "resetting" and the wipers were on all by themselves, now today it will not start, just a "click". The battery is fine and has fuel. Just hoping to get some advice to maybe get it running again.
Typically this still looks like a battery problem.
All late model computer driven Mopars will experience
wierd symptoms with lights and radio working and still
not start, had that on my Caliber.
Before you try anything that costs money disconnect
positive and negative battery terminals, clean posts
and cable clamp-ons thoroughly.
Don't hurry as it will allow set charge on system disapate
you can also touch + - cables together to speed up process.
This allows TIPM to reset-reassemble and try starting.

Put your shifter in Neutral, and see if it starts. The Journey have problem with the Park/Neutral switch.
If that doesn't work, you might have to tow it to the dealer. Sound like you got a bad starter, or electrical issue.
I would say that it's a CANBUS problem as wipers signal
goes thru clockspring assy and cluster signal does not.
Somehow CanBus is enabling TIPM actuations of these
2 things,definitely a dealer visit.
Might be as simple as poor connection at TIPM.
