We've had our tires rotated within the 6000mile guideline on our Dodge Journey 2012, but the tires have worn down to the metal within 12000 miles. Have had it in to he dealer, blames the tires-"they don't last as long as they used to". However the tires on our Milan have lasted, so far, over 50000 no probs. Has anyone else experienced this tire wear in this vehicle, or the Non-help from the Chrysler employees?

 

It sounds like it would be the tires. If they wore out that early, wouldn't you be covered under some sort of warranty? What brand of tires are they?
