Can someone tell me if its ok to use lucas tranny fix and can I change my own trans oil,it says dealer only on cap, trying to save money$$ I would appreciate any help.

 

Check out the journey section. My 09 has close to 70k on it and I have done nothing to the trans other than check the fluid regularly. Have not had to add any or do anything else to it so far. Knock on wood. Lol

 

I guess another question would be why do you need to add transmission fix to it? You change any fluid you wish, it is your car. The only thing is if it's still under warranty, if something were to go wrong and you wanted to repair the trans under warranty, it might cause problems.
