Hello
I just took my 09 journey to dealership. The rear video screen has been out/blank for weeks. Not working. The dvd player does play and you can watch on front screen on dash fine. They told me there is an internal short. Gave me an error code of U0249. They said you need a whole new unit...$650. BS!! I dont think the whole things broke if it works and plays. What do you think? Im thinkin on taking to best buy and tell them what the dodge place said. Thanks for your help.

If it's broke, it's broke. You can probably get an aftermarket one cheaper but make sure it can be adapted to the factory unit.
