Default FM radio won't start

I have problem with Journey 2009 FM radio- it won't start, although music player works fine for songs from USB. Is there any way to restart or to update system software? Or to activate FM radio somehow?

akilone,

I'm sorry to hear about your radio concern. You mentioned the USB audio is still working, have you had any difficulty with the AM radio, or Satellite (if equipped)?

When FM is selected, is there any static heard?

A software update, if available, would take place at a Dodge dealership.

Thanks for response.

Maybe software update is not needed, It looks like system is stuck in some mode - I can't see FM radio control (Im from Europe, and FM is standard here), for example I can't change frequency. It's very strange, as I said it looks like it's stuck in some locked mode or something similar.

Have you tried disconnecting the car battery
for 5 - 10 minutes?
This reboots some of the electronics in Chrysler
products.

akilone,

Have you had an opportunity to contact your local dealer in regards to a diagnosis?
