Default Auto Comfort-On not working

The weather was warming up somI turned off the Auto Comfort On to the off position. Now it's cold again and turned it back On. However it will no longer auto turn on with the car start. I've checked over and over and it has just stopped working.
The seats do work if you manually turn them on. Am I missing something?

I don't have that option - another reason to try another dealer.

If your close to Burlington try Unique or Fairview Chrysler.

You do not have to take it to the dealer you bought it from
as the warranty is from Chrysler not the dealer.

Flet,

I'm sorry to hear about your issue. When you start your Journey, is the Auto Comfort box still checked or selected? Or is the system defaulting back to nothing selected?
