Default 2010 Journey window ghost

So here's a random problem. I have a 2010 3.5 sxt. I thought my wife was hitting the window button by accident when she would get out of the car, but then it happened to me. Intermittently, after closing and locking the doors with the fob, the windows will roll down anywhere from 1/4" to almost completely open after we've left the vehicle. It was cute until the temperature dropped to -10 and was snowing IN the car. It doesn't happen all the time, and so far I haven't been able to do it on purpose (trying to figure out if it's something I could do by pressing the lock button on the fob a bunch of times ). Any ideas??

On my 2011 if I press the LOCK button 2x and hold the last press the
passenger and drivers window will go down to the point I release the button.
This is a published feature.

It's the "unlock" on our 2010.

As Daves69 pointed out, I believe this feature is controlled with the unlock button for the 2010 model year. Have you had a chance to look into this yet, kandarinas?

I have, DodgeCares! The feature does work, though I can't figure out when I'd ever use it. But what it doesn't explain is an example like; I park the Journey in the driveway, lock the doors and put the keys on the counter. I return to the vehicle a few hours later and the windows have opened. Or if I go into a store, WAY out of range for the fob, and the windows are cracked 1/4" when we get back to the vehicle. Very odd, kind of frustrating. We love our Journey, just having some trouble finding a solution to this intermittent problem.

That certainly is odd. I would suggest having a dealership diagnose this for you. The key is making sure they are able to duplicate the concern. I'd be happy to help you schedule an appointment if you reach out to me through PM.
