Hi there, I need some advice on my Dodge Journey 2009. (Auto)
Its has now done 71000 miles.


It seems like the gearbox slips when I tow my Caravan. It is worse in 4th gear. The only gear it doesn't do it is in 6th gear. I have also noticed a clonk noise sometimes as it changes up.


If I pull away on a hill it judders. I was thinking that the gearbox needs an oil change but I don't know if that can be done as I can't find any info on how to do this. My Garage told my they won't touch it.


Is there anything I can do regarding this problem. Thanks.
